Education Workshop Overview
Most careers workshops tell students what STEM is. Ours tell them what it means, for their future, their choices and the kind of person they want to become.
Every Esync Deep workshop is facilitated by practitioners who work inside the technology industry. We are not external speakers reading from a slide deck. We are engineers, designers and technologists who have built real systems and made real career choices and we speak to young people with that authority and that honesty.
We design every session around three outcomes: that every student leaves knowing more than they arrived with, feeling that a STEM career is genuinely possible for someone like them and with at least one concrete next step they can take.

At Esync Deep Ltd, we take pride in facilitating the Enterprise Workshop, a transformative full-day engagement designed to empower participants with innovative strategies and collaborative skills. Our structured approach to this workshop not only fosters learning but also encourages networking and collaboration among attendees.
Facilitation approach
We do not run generic workshops. Every session is designed around your brief, your team, and your challenge.
Pre-session preparation is included, we will ask the right questions before we arrive so that the day itself is spent on substance, not scene-setting.
Half Day Workshop (3/4hrs)
Best suited to a single, well-defined challenge area.
A focused deep-dive that produces a clear output, a prioritised opportunity map, a defined problem statement, an architectural direction or a structured next-step recommendation.
Full Day Workshop (6/7hrs)
For organisations with a broader innovation remit, multiple challenge areas or a cross-functional team that needs to align before moving forward.
The full-day format covers diagnosis, exploration, and structured output, leaving the client team with a working framework they can act on immediately.

LOGISTICS & PRACTICALITIES
How far in advance do we need to book?
We recommend a minimum of four weeks for standard workshops and eight weeks for full-day or bespoke sessions. We will always do our best to accommodate shorter timelines where possible.
What do you need from us?
A suitable space for the session size, AV equipment (screen and speakers), and a briefing call with your careers lead approximately two weeks before the session. We bring everything else.
Do you provide resources for students?
Yes. Every student receives session-specific take-home materials. These are designed to be used, then can be active portfolio experience for their CV and future.
Can workshops count toward our Gatsby Benchmark evidence?
Yes. We provide written session reports, attendance records, and a Gatsby Benchmark mapping document for every session delivered. These are suitable for Ofsted evidence packs and governor reporting.
