Discovering STEM Careers
We don't just teach science and technology.
We show students where it leads, what it builds and who they can become through further application.
Welcome to Esync Deep
We are a Teesside-based Technology and Research company, with education at our heart. Offeing the STEM Career Guidance programmes as a course and a workshop, workshops are delivered directly into private tution centres, schools, colleges and community settings.
We combine STEM career pathway, scenario-based learning and real-world industry insight to help students to make choices that fit who they actually are; not just what grades they've collected.
This is predominantly designed for eduction settings seeking a meaningful careers programme, for students trying to make sense of future options aligned to the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Mission Statement
We exist to close the gap between students potential and real-world technical careers.
Esync Deep Ltd delivers structured STEM career guidance programmes and workshops that give students, schools and institutions the tools, clarity and confidence to navigate one of the most important decisions of a students life, what to do with their future.
We don't just teach science and technology. We show studnts, where it leads, what it builds and where through dedicated application it can take them.
What We Do
We create education courses delivered through beautifully designed printed workbooks for both teachers and students, giving learning a clear, structured and distraction-free format.
Each programme is built to support real classroom delivery, helping teachers guide lessons with confidence while students engage directly on the page, building understanding step by step.
What makes our approach different is our zero retention data architecture, meaning we do not store or exploit personal learning data, what happens in the classroom stays in the classroom.
Workshops & Events
We run standalone workshops for careers days, enrichment weeks, and STEM festivals, tailored to year group, sector interest, and institutional priorities. Topics range from AI and the Future of Work to Engineering Your Career Path to What Does a Tech Company Actually Do?
Energetic. Practical. Memorable.
Education Partnerships
For institutions looking for more than a one-off visit, we offer sustained delivery partnerships, embedded into your careers programme for a full term, year or academic cycle.
We work alongside your careers leads to map provision against the Gatsby Benchmarks and produce measurable student outcome data.
Teacher & Staff CPD
We offer continuing professional development sessions for teaching staff and careers leads, focused on emerging STEM industries, AI literacy and how to talk credibly to young people about the technology sector.
Supporting teachers to support students, with real world jobs in industry tomorrow.
Who We Work With
We are not a generic careers provider. We are a technology company that believes education is infrastructure. Our STEM programmes are built from the inside of the industry, shaped by real deep-tech expertise in AI, medical technology and engineering and delivered with the rigour and honesty that young people deserve.
We are headquartered in The Teesvalley, but work nationwide and internationally.
