We are a Teesside-based deep-tech company with education at our heart. Our STEM Career Guidance programmes are built on one conviction: that every young person, regardless of background, postcode or prior achievement; deserves access to honest, expert and inspiring guidance about careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Our workshops are delivered directly into schools, colleges and community settings across the Tees Valley and beyond. We combine psychometric-informed career pathway tools, scenario-based learning, and real-world industry insight to help young people make choices that fit who they actually are; not just what grades they've collected.
